Order Confirmation & Sample Brief Submission
Detailed product specifications, brand guidelines, custom dimensions, and packaging requirements are submitted to the factory. All custom branding, embroidery, or print details are confirmed in writing at this stage.
1–3 Weeks
Material & Component Sourcing
We source specific fabrics, filling materials, hardware, or packaging components — verifying FSC, OEKO-TEX, and quality standards against brief before production begins.
2–4 Weeks
Prototype & Sample Approval
The factory produces prototypes reflecting your exact specifications. Our team reviews every sample for construction, finish, and accuracy before forwarding to you for approval. Revisions are managed on your behalf until sign-off.
30–60 Days
Bulk Production
Full production begins on your approval. Mid-production inspections ensure consistency and quality before the packing stage.
1 Week Before Shipment
Final Quality Inspection
Pre-shipment inspection checks product quality, branding accuracy, packaging, and carton condition to AQL standards.
Ocean: 2–5 Weeks / Air: 3–5 Days
Export & Logistics
Full export documentation is managed. For hospitality projects, phased deliveries can be coordinated to align with fit-out schedules.
