Project Specification & Technical Brief
Define your technical requirements — panel wattage, cell technology (mono PERC, TOPCon, bifacial), battery chemistry (LFP or NMC), inverter type, project scale, and required certifications. Share your installation location, grid connection type, and project timeline.

Manufacturer Identification & Tier Verification
We identify suitable Tier-1 or qualified manufacturers, verifying Bloomberg NEF ratings, certification status, production capacity, and financial standing. For emerging market projects, we also assess export experience and documentation capability.

Technical Compliance Review
We review manufacturer datasheets, IEC test reports, and warranty terms against project specifications before any commercial commitment is made.

Price Negotiation & Commercial Quotation
We negotiate directly with manufacturers using consolidated project volumes. Quotations are presented with full transparency — unit pricing, freight, warranty terms, lead times, and payment structure.

Order Confirmation & Production Scheduling
Production scheduling is confirmed with the factory, aligning manufacturing capacity with project delivery requirements. For phased projects, production is coordinated across multiple delivery windows.
Prior to Production
Factory Inspection & Pre-Production Audit
For significant orders, a pre-production factory inspection verifies manufacturing readiness, materials availability, and quality management systems — protecting project timelines before production begins.
During Production
Production Monitoring & Quality Checks
Our team monitors production progress and conducts in-process inspections — checking cell efficiency, module construction, and electroluminescence (EL) imaging where required.
1–2 Weeks Before Shipment
Pre-Shipment Inspection & Certification Verification
Final pre-shipment inspection covers product sampling, carton integrity, serial number recording, and documentation review. All IEC, CE, and TÜV certifications are re-confirmed as valid before release.
Ocean: 2–6 Weeks Depending on Destination
Export, Freight & Project Logistics
Full export documentation is prepared. For large shipments, we coordinate FCL container bookings, cargo insurance, and phased delivery scheduling aligned with the installation programme.
Ongoing
Delivery Support & Warranty Management
Post-delivery, we support site teams with documentation and warranty registration. Manufacturing defects or shipping damage claims are managed directly with the factory on your behalf.
