Starting Point
Product Brief & Requirements
Share your design brief, tech pack, fabric references, required certifications, target price, destination market, and estimated order quantities. No brief is too early-stage — our team will help you shape it into a workable sourcing specification.
1–2 Weeks
Supplier Identification & Factory Matching
We review your requirements against our vetted factory network and identify the best-matched manufacturers for your category — whether swimwear, lingerie, activewear, outerwear, or any other garment type. Where needed, we conduct additional supplier research and outreach to find the right fit.
1–2 Weeks
Price Negotiation & Quotation
Our team negotiates directly with shortlisted factories on your behalf, using consolidated buying power from our wider client network to secure competitive FOB and ex-factory pricing. You receive a clear, transparent quotation — broken down so you always know what you are paying for.
1 Week
Order Confirmation & Tech Pack Submission
Upon confirmation of your order and receipt of deposit, we submit your finalised tech pack and production specifications to the factory. Any open technical questions are resolved before sampling begins.
2–3 Weeks
Fabric & Trim Sourcing
We source and confirm all required fabrics, trims, labels, and packaging materials — verifying compliance with OEKO-TEX, BSCI, or WRAP standards where applicable. Control samples or swatches are reviewed and approved before proceeding.
2–4 Weeks
Sample Development & Client Approval
The factory produces fit samples or pre-production samples based on the approved tech pack. Our team reviews samples against specifications before sending to you. Revision rounds are managed directly with the factory until the sample meets your standard and is formally approved.
30–60 Days
Bulk Production
Full-scale manufacturing begins upon receipt of your signed sample approval and production deposit. Our team conducts inline quality checks during production to monitor workmanship, measurements, and construction quality against the approved standard.
1 Week Before Shipment
Final Quality Inspection (FQI)
A final random inspection is conducted at the factory using internationally recognised AQL standards before goods are packed. Any issues identified are resolved at origin — before the shipment is released.
Ocean: 2–5 Weeks / Air: 3–5 Days
Export & Shipment
We manage all export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and compliance certificates. Container loading is supervised before departure.
Ongoing
Delivery & After-Sales Support
We follow up post-delivery, manage any factory follow-up, and use every completed order to improve the next production run. Long-term clients benefit from continuously improving supplier relationships and increasingly sharp commercial terms.
